KNEZ Construction did this extensive make-over to an existing home in Marina Village, St. Francis Bay. A Sean Skelton design, our work involved extensive alterations and additions with a complete new roof design, external cottage, pool and decking. Most of the internal walls on the Ground Floor were removed to create an open plan living environment with the First Floor slab having to be propped up in place so we could install the new concrete columns and load bearing steel beams that then took the place of the removed brick walls.
